From Book 1: The Carver
Four friends party while a serial killer walks the streets in the Carver.
John, born and raised in Milwaukee, is married to the beautiful woman of his dreams, Mary. He and his three buddies have known each other their whole lives—even played on the same high school football championship team a decade earlier. Life is great. Two of John’s friends are detectives on the force, and a third is a psychotherapist and handwriting analysis.
In the backdrop—the underbelly of the city—a serial killer, the carver, unexpectedly emerges, seeking to continue a bloody past-life pattern of murder.
